We have a total of seven (7) private offices available for rent; several of them large enough to comfortably accommodate two or more desks; four (4) are first floor and three (3) are second floor.

Rental of an office includes access to shared facilities --- 2 restrooms, 2 A/V-equipped conference rooms, a full kitchen on the main level, a smaller kitchenette on the upper level, and a shared fax machine.

We will do either long-term leases or month-to-month rentals according to the tenant's wishes.  Availability can change quickly and this website in not updated in "real time," so interested parties should contact us by phone or use the "Submit Inquiry" link above to check availability or to join our database of interested potential future tenants.

Once the planned general-purpose meeting/event room on the lower level is finished, tenants will have access to that space at a reduced rate compared to the price charged to non-tenants.

All office spaces include all utilities, including high speed internet service with a dedicated subnet for each tenant to provide isolation and data security.

All tenants have 24/7 access to their space and all common areas via use of keyless entry locks.

Most of our office spaces come fully furnished but we can remove any or all of our furniture if a tenant prefers to use their own furniture.  We don't charge for the use of our furniture, so the rental cost is the same for a bare or a furnished office.  We rent space, not furniture!
